I setup a new cell phone contract with Virgin Mobile. They said that the phone should be delivered by Monday 11 March 2013. Receve a call from CCD couriers and they arrange to deliver between 12 and 2pm on Tuesday.
Tuesday afternoon 2-30pm still no answer from them. Phone and they someone will phone me back. Phone again at 4pm and get told the driver has a problem with his vehicle, but it will be delivered before 5pm.
4-50pm they phone to confirm the address and that the driver is outside the park where they need to deliver. I wait til 5-10pm and still nothing. Phone the couriers only to get an answering machine. Wednesday morning, phone the courier only to say they will deliver Thursday at which I said not acceptable. They will get back to me. Still waiting for an answer and get the same response if I phone to find out what is going on.
