7th Febuary 2013, I contacted the Virgin Mobile call centre to have my wifes phone upgraded as it was due for a upgrade. I had to leave a message as the upgrade department does not take calls, they phone you back. The next day they did phone me, all when well and the person told me that I will recieve my wifes new phone within 7 working days. Its today 27th Febuary 2013. I still have not recieved the phone. I have contacted virgin 3x now about this, they make me wait for 20 min on hold, then they tell me that they will call me back, Still waiting for this aswell. The stupid couriers that virgin uses, has phoned me about 6x already to ask me what my address is, everytime they make appointment for delivery, but nothing arrives on that date. Today I get another call from the courier, again asking for my address, and now they say they will delivery on the 5th March 2013. Im sorry, but on the 5th march 2012, I will be in cape town on holiday. I want this phone delivered before Friday 1st March 2013 or I will be cancelling both my contracts with Virgin. My second line is also now due for upgrade, im contimplating not upgrading and moving to a different service provider.
