I ordered a tablet from ASQ shop on Thursday 27 June. [Email Removed] assured me in a mail I would have it delivered to Centurion where I work "early the following week". When I contacted her by Tuesday to ask what's happening, she indicated it would only get to me by Friday.By Thursday she confirmed that order was in with couriers, and I would DEFINITELY have it by Friday. I was leaving town by Monday. On Friday morning another ASQ shop representative contacted me to say the Friday delivery would no longer be possible. As I was leaving by Monday, they agreed to courier the parcel to an alternative address in Cape Town. Assured me this could be done by 'early the following week...'. By Tuesday I'd heard nothing more so contacted them again. Was told to 'wait they'd get back to me' by 15h30.By 16h00 I'd heard nothing, so called again, and was told that it was now absolutely confirmed I would have my parcel by 10h00 on Thursday morning. It is now 11h00 Thursday morning. I just called again, and was told again they would 'get back to me later today'. From past experience this means nothing. Atrocious service.
