Terrible customer service and no feedback received

On Sunday 20 Oct 2013 I recharged with R110 airtime and exchanged my talking points for 500mb data. I only made one phonecall. Then discovered after the phonecall that my airtime and data bundle was dissapearing. Immediatly I phoned Vodacom who also couldn't see where it was going they logged a query and told me they will phone me back in one hour and also my query would be finalised in 24hours. After not receiving a phonecall after one hour I phoned again. I've spoken to alot of people everyday since sunday to mention a few it was Natasha, Jimmy being a supervisor, Lebo also a supervisor dropping my call and Ishmail also a supervisor. All promise to phone back and each saying I must give another 3days and saying my query is pending. Not one of them phoning back or trying to help. No apologies nothing. When vodacom wants their money they take it immediatly or suspend your services. I have been a loyal vodacom customer for years and I am fed-up with the bad service when phoning and never being able to be helped in my language afrikaans. What happened to customer service? Now I probably have to phone again begging for what belongs to me just to be able to use what I paid for immediatly
