Poor service delivery

So I did rain check for a fan which was on Black Friday special asked to be contacted as soon as stock is received. 4 weeks later Store hasn’t contacted me to inform me if stock is received or not.. I then decided to call n ask for refund the agreed.. when I went to the store to collect the refund I was told manager s not it and they cannot assist me .. so I drove all the way for nothing.. soo disappointed with their service
