EX'cla-ma't! on Minx Perfume

I purchased the 30ml exclamation Minx perfume in December 2023, I've used about 1/4 of the bottle, and now the spray thing is not working anymore.
I've tried to clean the spray top but still no perfume is coming out.
This bottle is basically full, and I cannot use it anymore.

The yellow number at the bottom of the bottle is 1901. I did not keep the box or the slip.
