Useless Customer Care "will call u in less 24Hrs"

I am on Top up 315 contract with Vodacom, since 2012 I have been receiving airtime and data Bundles, in January I only received airtime and only 100 MB instead of 500MB, I called on the 1st Jan to find out why I received only 100 but "customer Care consultant" advised me that they were offline she cant assist me... called again on the 2nd where I finally logged a call. since then They are transferring me to the next person who claim to call me back within 24Hrs.

now my Question is, From the 1st is still not 24Hrs???

Vodacom customer Care "Do Not Care" about me as a customer, the service I have received from them "DISGUSTING". I spoke to few consultants from 111 line Nozuko, Dominique and even their supervisor (Rafeeq) who cared less about my concern.

my request is why I didn't receive my bundles, All of a sudden the "Supervisor" told me Vodacom gave me 1GB of data which I kept on telling them that I did not get. i only received 100MB

I pay almost R600 every month on this contract I wish i could just buy it off and move to another network may be they know how to treat their customers.
