I've put in a claim with Two Mountains, at first I was given a run around and I was told the documents submitted were not clear I had to resend over and over. Then the consultant at Germiston Branch was telling me to send through the document individually because she couldn't format or pack the accordingly and now I'm being told that the claim will be paid within 14 days! My goodness we have buried the deceased with credit cards were as they are too quick to process a debit order from my account. Your service is very poor and you have hired a lot of incompetent staff members who also cannot communicate with clients professionally. Please pay out my claim
