Great service

The way vodacom staff can be so lazy not to mention their supervisors, i phoned monday 14th October after waiting for more than a week for a supervisor to call me back, got through to Zama at after sales department who are very helpful at the end of the call i asked for a supervisor n was placed on hold for 7mins than Zama came back and said the supervisor would call me back imagine waiting for so long, even a cutesy to come and tell me her/himself she will call back... no she was too big for that.. anyway Zama ''give that woman a bells'' was competent, kept to her promise followed up my query to the end and was the only 1 that could really assist with my query.. through her my query was resolved and after 2weeks of waiting for a phone, with Zama handling my query my phone was delivered in 2days and she still called me to make sure i had received it, i had just lost all hope in vodacom but thanks to Zama there is light at the end of the tunnel.. those incompetent supervisor who never called back or followed up with my query would definitely learn what customer service is through this gal. as irate as i was that girl never lost her cool. Please forward to Zama
