BAAAD Service!!!

I have been using the Vodacom years, never had any problems but just recently when I load on airtime I immediately receive a sms from 270820099892
Stating that You have transferred airtime to "27793117192" that does not even exist when I phone it gives an engage tone, I phoned the customer care call centre on Saturday 20 October and they said I must phone back after an hour witch of course I did and was put on hold for 25 minutes just to say they will get back to me AND NEVER DID! on 22 October I phoned and spoke to a consultant by the name of Lebo that also put me on hold for half an hour just to come back and as per their Technical department who logged a ref A1-JJTX-EVF=1MZ, it is impossible to transfer airtime without doing it from the phone and that I might have left my phone unattended but how does one transfer R2, R3, R7 as per my knowledge you cant transfer less that R12 and someone Phoned again for the 1000 time spoke to Joy who is a supervisor, lucky when to The grove shopping centre spoke to a consultant who confirm that is is and refered me to Menlyn customer care spoke to another consultant gave him my id promised to fix but to date nothing is done.
