Vodacom our airtime for their promotions

I've been recharging my account from 03/01/2014 to the 06/01/2014 and my airtime just vanish without even making calls. I recharged and bought 30MB of data several times and it didn't last a day. I recharged with R55 on Sunday around eleven used R29 to buy Data 100MB and by 16h00 the AIRTIME AND DATA was finished. I have called vodacom on Sunday 05/01/2014 to report this but the lady called Busi gave me attitude and i hung up. On the 06/01/2014 i recharged with R55 again and on teh 07/01/2014 around 09h00 or 10h00 i bought the R29 100MB Data. The whole day my battery was dead and when i switched oon my phone the data and airtime was gone. i called vodacom that evening and i spoke to a lady who transferred me to some guy who was rude and put the phone on MUTE and ignored me for over 10 minutes.
i don't understand why internet can use so much data and internet in one day. 100mb used to last me for 2 weeks, but now it can't even last for an hour. This is unacceptable and day light . know exactly where my airtime goes it just cant be internet as vodacom agents say.
I am so sick of this i'm even thinking porting to another service provide
