I was upgraded without my consent, and it increased my account by 100%. After hours on the phone, it still hasn't been resolved. Are these people on incentives that they have to do this. I have been with the same cell number for 25+ years. i am fed up with vodacom
They even have the audacity to ask for ratings after the call.
