Vodacom just suspend my account, whenever they want to, regardless the fact that they vehemly collect the money monthly from my account by means of a debit order.
The local Waverley branch did their utmost to assist but was vaguely informed by Head Office of a credit limit that was somewhere in place. Moral of the story, a R 6500 LIMIT WAS IN PLACE AND MY HIGHEST OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT WAS R4900 but my account was suspended.
The instruction of the Waverley branch was that I should contact the at Head Office and solve the problem myself as they dont get any joy from hEAD OFFICE.
This is sick, i have four contracts with pathetic vodacom, I can not even make a call to my wife!!!
