Please please help...
Have an cell phone contract with Vodacom... And this is not the first and probable not the last complaint...
Have it on recording... September 2013 i put a limit of R100.00 on my account... My monthly subscription R100.00 limit... Worked fined... Last Night the debit order went off against our account R 1 646.14...
Vodacom say that there is certain exceptions to the rule, when the limit is not implemented... But /-R1300.00 over the limit... R50 to R150.00 i can understand... But /- R1300???
This was the account for November ..; My December account is /- R900.00
Please please please how does this work...
All the above i can prove... all the conversations with Vodacom are recorded on my phone
And all Vodacom is going to do about this is send me "crapy" emails... looking into it...
