Shocking Customer service

I am furious - I signed a limit om my sons account for R300. VODACOM did not implement this leading to an account of R15000! I agreed to pay off the account and did even though on 2 occassions vodacom stopped my services even with agreement in place! Now I cannot get 2 upgrades which are due more than 1 year as my account is in rehab! VODACOM created the situation by not implementing the limit AND I have paid this off! I have contacted the person I dealt with 9 times in 25 days with no response to date!
