Call Limit does not have a limit

Wow, so i get billed an amount 4 times my current premium cause hey when you put a call limit in place it means nothing. You (or child) can go and do as they like because even though i put a call limit in place, Michael Arnold tells me, Call Limits can go over the limit. call limit is R150 bill comes R1750.00 so how much over can it go? Vodacom why have LIMITS in place when they dont mean a thing
