My account has been suspended without my consent. on the 26 July 2013 i received a call from vodacom that they tried to debit the monthly premium and the stop order bounced and they gave me their account number to pay over the counter which i did. i payed R870.50 at standard bank, but to my surprise on the 02 August my number was suspended, why??? i have no idea. I have called the head office and still no one can assist me. The legal dept transfers me to accounts/ acoounts to forensics and forensics to customer care.it seems like none of the depts can assist me.
