CANCELLED ALL MY CONTRACTS BUT NEVER RESPONDED

I recently went onto vodacom's website using the "email us" tab and sent them an email regarding my debit order that did not go off.

The second month it went off partly and I mailed to make arrangements to pay the outstanding amount at the vodaworld after the "promise to pay" button on the site didnt do anything.

I never had any response from them at all, I then proceeded to make payment on my account at vodaworld and 2 days ago realised that they had cancelled all my contracts.

My account is currently in CREDIT yet my contracts have now been cancelled due to their stupid system and the fact that they cannot read or respond to emails.

I now have to Pay R290 per line, buy new sim cards??? jump through hoops all to be reactivated and I have been handed over to their "legal department" even though my account is supposed to be in credit.

the one person is more useless than the next and I have been forwarded to 10 different people.

I now have to go under credit vetting and credit limits etc because vodacom up, absolutely pathetic and they have just lost a life long customer.
