Credit Limit???

Hi,

I wonder if I am the only one experiencing this problem. I recently took out an additional contract on my account. Vodacom automaically allocated a credit limit to me and this morning I received a notice on sms that both my numbers will be softlocked.
The debit order was deducted as on the 1st but still my account will be blocked and they state that it is not an account problem it is due to the credit limit.

Now my question is: Everything that I have done in July now affects my August usage causing the service on my phone to be soft locked? Am I understanding this correctly?
I now basically have to sit the whole of August without a phone because of my July account which is only due according to the statement on 30 august?

When I asked them to increase my credit limit they said it cannot be done?

What am I supposed to do now?
