I logged a complaint on 17/09/2013 about a Blackberry handset with apparent 'liquid damage'. I received a phonecall from Lomarie van Dyk a few days later, stating that they will investigate the matter and contact me asap. 4 weeks later and still no response!
Pathetic service!
I'll cancel all my Vodacom contracts and move them over to another company who at least replace faulty handsets still under waranty and doesn't just claim liquid damage.
