I booked my device on the 14th of sep. On the 21st I received an sms reading as thus 'The estimate for 9200059 has been declined, the device will be returned not repaired'.I called them regarding it, they told me my device was liquid damage. On the 24th I went to collect my device & ask them how did they detect the liquid on my device, they said the liquid indicator changed its colour. They made me to pay rejection quote of R57.00 while the phone was under guarantee. They assume that moist could be the cause of liquid damage, however the device was not damaged by liquid. There so called liquid indicator, it didn't have any effect on the fault reported. Their service was irrational, manipulative, not transparent & pathetic. On their mind was for me to pay the.? R600.00 to fix my device, knowing my device had no liquid on it. I took it to another repair centre & they fixed it, without telling me about liquid damage, it is the common course of blackberry devices for a trackpad to malfunction. They said the technician checked it which its a lie, as the so called liquid indicator is visible. There is no way he checked the fault reported, how many more consumers will be robbed in that fashion?
