BLACKBERRY'S----LIQUID DAMAGE

I TOOK MY PHONE IN FOR A FAULTY TRACKPAD IT WON'T OPEN ANYTHING EXCEPT THE NETWORK SERVICE.I BOUGHT IT ON MARCH 2012 NOW IT WAS 2-5-2013 STILL UNDER WARRANTY. ON 2 MAY I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT IT WAS SEND FOR A HIGHER LEVEL OF REPAIR ON 6 MAY IT IS CURRENTLY AT THE ASSESMENT PROCESS ON THE 8TH I PHONED THEM TO HEAR WHAT IS THE PROBLEM THEY SAID I MUST PHONE MIDRAND .THERE A PERSON TOLD ME IT WILL COST ME R1800.00TO REPAIR MY PHONE .. LIQUID DAMAGE... I ASKED THEM TO SEND MY PHONE BACK TODAY IS THE 10TH I AM STILL WAITING . NOW I WANT TO KNOW THIS WAS MY 3 PHONE AND ALL 3 WAS LIQUID DAMAGE.THE LAST 2 I TOOK TO THE PAKISTANER SHOP AFTER I RECEIVED IT BACK HE FIXED IT FOR ME AT R150.00 EACH AND TOLD ME THERE WAS NO LIQUID DAMAGE SO I WONDER WHAT IS GOING ON CAN YOU GIVE ME AN ANSWER
