Job No: 8770620-07421422 : Blackberry 9900 started giving problems after 2months in use, freezing, following with not switching on. Phone was booked in for repairs, after two months they phoned to collect the Blackberry not repairable: liquid damage. On collection I requested them to fit the sim card, the phone suddenly switched back on. It was working fine for two days then the same problem started with freezing. This matter was discussed with the regional after sales service which led to the phone being booked in again, with the same outcome: liquid damage. This phone was never close to any form of liquid. Very unhappy with Vodacom service always having one excuse being: liquid damage. Word to mouth from the day this phone was received from all different sources was the Blackberry 9900 gives endless problems!!
