My phone has been in for repairs for almost 3 weeks after they said it would only take a MAXIMUM of 2 weeks. Surely that should have been enough time to repair the phone, otherwise they need to replace it. The phone is brand new, bought cash and still under warranty!! Being in the marketing and logistics industry i am 100% reliant om my phone for daily comms and emails. Last week I already had to travel to Tanzania and Kenya without my phone, i had no loan phone, no emails, all my contacts are on my phone. And now on my return to SA my phone is still in with repairs as they are waiting for spares. It's ridiculous to say the least. Where are the days were customers satisfactory was important! So annoyed!!!
