I have taken my Blackberry 9300 in for repairs for the second time. The contract is on my wifes name but its my phone.account number: 1090956781 and the REF for the booking is PRE145442.I took the phone in on saturday 13/04/2013, and was told the repair takes about 3 to 4 weeks, i was then told that i cannot get any loan phone as the store does not have loan units. This to me is unacceptable as i am very reliant on my phone during the week for my work. I also feel that i cannot be billed at all for my contract as i wont be able to use the service for 4 weeks. This is horrible as i paid and signed for a service and not to be told that i cant be supplied with a loan unit and will still be charged for a monthly service that i cant even use, i am not by the means to give VIRGIN MOBILE free money for a month as this is a fault on your side that there are no loan phones available, i am a paying customer and feel that i should be accomodated for.with regards to the BB that was handed in the first time in November, that phone was brand new, i received a refurb phone thats side buttons was bitten off, I DONT want another refurb phone as i gave Virgina a new phone to start off with
