I took out a contract with Cell C in March of this year. Since then, I have been battling with dropped calls, poor data coverage alternating with absolutely no cellular coverage whatsoever. I feel that this is Unacceptable, as I work in the centre of a business hub in Durban, and not in a remote area. I am not receiving the service I am paying for, as I continually have to borrow other cellphones or tap into wireless networks. I wish to cancel my contract. I am willing to continue paying for my handset, as that functions perfectly, but NOT for any data/minutes/smses provided by Cell C. You cannot expect me to pay for a service I am not receiving.
