Phone not Reapired-No Feedbac-Still Under Warranty

I bought a Samsung Mini, August 2013.

On the 3rd January 2014, I sent it in for repairs. I was given a loan phone and told I would receive updates on the status of my phone.
The last status I received was on the 10th of January 2014, saying that it had been dispatched to the Advanced Repair Centre.

On the 30th of January 2013, I called Vodacare to follow up on the status of the phone. I was told that it was beyond repairs.

Vodacom failed to contact me to updated me on the status of my phone. The phone is still under warranty, Vodacom should replace it.

I need an URGENT replacement of the phone. It was only 4 months old when I sent it in for repairs.
