My husband a pensioner did buy a new phone from Vodacom Shop and was send to Vodacom Repais shop in Cresta to transfer all his details to the new phone and that was done then he spoke to Moses to show he how to use the phone??? He could not help and send him to the manager Richard, he send one and a half hrs in the shop and still he does not know how to use the phone. his cell no 0731794793.
He is not happy with the service he did not get from them.
