My nokia broke last November 2012, Vodacom took it in for repairs. In jan 2013 I went to pick up my phone only to find it was out of the shop.
Eben at the shop would really like to help me but I don't think he can. I have left numerous of messages and spoke to so many people. Placing an complaint gets you no where. Everybody promises it will be sorted out.
it IS APRIL ALREADY, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PHONE OR A PAYOUT FROM VODACOM..
MY HUSBAND HAD TO GO BUY ME ANOTHER PHONE, I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WITH VODACOM. BECOUSE I AM ACTUALLY PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DON'T EVEN HAVE.
BARRET AND ANDRE (MANAGER) HAS YET TO COME BACK TO ME.
HOW CAN A COMPANY LIKE VODACOM TAKE 4 MONTHS TO PROCESS A CLAIM
THEY ARE JUST WAITING FOR ME TO DISAPEAR
