I upgraded my contract and received my new phone on the 15th October only to find that there was a fault with the phones camera. i then contacted vodacom on the 16th to advise of this and to ensure that they come and collect the phone. it is now a week later and i still have no response from them, despite calling the call centre on a daily basis still no one can tell me what is going on. i have spoken to 6 different consultants and two managers but everyone gives me a different story. Is this really the after sales service a customer receives from Vodacom? how pathetic!!! when i spoke to a lady today she has advised me that nothing has yet been processed on their side. i have in turn done a contract upgrade and a sim swap as the sim card they have delivered with the phone is a micro card. this number is now useless to me. i need answers as the consultant i spoke to on Friday confirmed that RAM would arrange delivery of my device today however the lady i spoke to earlier told me that nothing has been processed. what do i do now? could someone please contact me with the correct information?
