Phone send to 3rd party instead of vodacom repairs

My phone was send by a vodacom store to a third party instead of vodacom repairs, now the store is telling me it is a lot cheaper this way but I was under the impressing that if I take my phone to a vodacom store they should send it to vodacom repair centre. Furthermore the manager of the store told me that if they couldn't fix my phone I should take my phone en R250 that I paid??? Nobody at vodacom care is able to assist me? The phone was 2 weeks old and my sim card was stuck in the phone, now it has been over a month I still don't have a phone. This shop also told me that it isn't their policies to phone me if the phone is ready to be collected. So now a lost my guarantee as well as I have a broken phone and NOBODY is able to assist me???
