Waiting for phone and bad attitude

I went to Nashua at Vodacom World in Midrand on 5 Oct 2013 to do upgrade. We did upgrade but they did not have phone and had to collect from Sandton. Said I would get SMS when phone is there. Heard nothing by 9 Oct so phoned. Phone not there yet, maybe Friday. Phoned again today, 16 Oct as I heard nothing. Oh phone is there I can come and collect. Ask if I could send my husband. No problem, he must just bring his ID. He gets there and they say without a letter from me he can't get the phone. Tells my husband he is there to the phone with shop full of customers. Why was I not told half hour before when I spoke to them that I had to send a letter. Thanks for the embarrassment. So I put in half days leave to go to Sandton to collect phone. Get my phone. Get home. Great, I can't use my sim as this phone requires micro sim. Thanks for advising me Nashua Sandton. At other suppliers they actually offer to transfer all yr contacts onto the new phone, but no not them. I will now make a trip to Cresta as the staff there are at least friendly and help out. Will never deal with Sandton again. The staff are rude and think they do u a huge favour to actually help you.
