Pathetic Service

Went on Saturday to get an upgrade @ Northgate. The first Vodacom shop that I walked into didn't have any phones Galaxy SIII (wanted blue, but settled white) - went to the 2nd Vodacom shop where it was done - I was sent to the 3rd Vodacom shop in the mall to do a transfer. People were queuing out the door while the technician was playing on her cell phone with a customer next to her busy with his laptop - I asked for a transfer only - the manager told me that if I have to wait until 17:00 the afternoon - (I was there at about 13:00) - I would just have to - how service and customer orientated is that??? In the industry that I work we are deadline driven - he won't cope! I got told to go elsewhere. Sunday I went to Cresta where there were no technicians on duty. The 2nd Vodacom shop - Thembi phoned me yesterday informing me that she forgot to give me the nano chip and sim and that I should come back for it - it was not on my schedule for the day. At Clearwater I went to another Vodacom shop asking for the sim/nano/transfer - and guess what? Again nothing!!! So, in total I've been in 6 Vodacom shops over the weekend and none could assist me.
