Vodacom
Nokia Lumia 520

I have up grade my contract and received a new Nokia Lumia 520. There was something wrong with the phone so I returned it back to Richard Viljoen, the manager of the Shop. He ensured me that he is going to send it back and will let me know when I can collect my phone. After 2 weeks of not hearing from him I went to the Vodacom Shop to found out about my phone, Richard did not spoke to me and send one of his employees to talk to me. I were informed that the phone came back and they send it back again. On Saturday the 21.12.13 my wife and myself went to the shop again. We insist to speak to Richard Viljoen. He could not even remember me and address me as "520", which in my opinion is very bad. To make a long story short, he told us to come back the 24.12.2013 and promised that it will be sort out. The morning of the 24th we phoned the store to found out if my phone is ready, what a surprise to find out that Mr Viljoen is on leave and will only be back the 27th. His staff don't even know about the phone.
He did not make a afford to contact me, letting me know he is on leave, or told his staff about the phone.
There is no customer services!!! and what happened to the phone..???
