MTN insurance no answe

I have been trying to contact MTN insurance for the last 5 days to update my handset information. I have been holding online for 30-40 minutes each time and no one answers. Just that irritating MTN tune the whole time. So if my phone gets now who gets the blame? MTN Brooklyn says they cant do it I must go to Menlyn... why have a insurance devision if you cant access it from any branch. Useless, i cant even cancel it because they wont answe
