Call Centre calls go unanswered

A handset was lost and duly reported to MTN in Brooklyn. They in turn submitted the claim forms to their Insurance Department. The insurance department informed the Brooklyn Store that the customer needed to phone the number 0831236084 for the insurance claim to be finalised. The phone just rings for 30 minutes without it being answered. More than two weeks later, the claim has not been finalised.
