Yet again I tried to contact the insurance department numerous times and it seems there is actually no one either working there or no one willing to answer the phones...
ALL I want is to update my new handset details incase my phone gets damaged. I did an upgrade 3 weeks ago and would like to put my new phone on the insurance!!! That's all!
Please assist in letting me know if this is automatically done on an upgrade or where do I proceed from here..
