This will be my 3rd complaint about MTN insurance.i have after a month still not been able to get hold of the useless bunch at MTN insure. After MTN replied to my prvious complaints absolutely nothing came from it. Why cant someone call me? Imam sick and tired of holding everyday for more than 10 minutes each time for an operator and i am being billed for the calls aswell. I really want to cancel my insurance but how should i do that seeing that i can never get hold of them. SHOCKING SHOCKING.I will have to take this matter to the media. They are basically a prmium from me every month.incannot cancel the insurance or even update the policy. I will hold MTN responsible for the last couple of premiums and i am even considering leaving the brand.disgusted
