My samsung s4 phone is insured with my cellphone contact at MTN.The phone is now damaged and as it is insured therefore i went to the service center of MTN at Liberty Mall Pietermaritzburg. I was told by them as the phone is insured by their insurance they cannot help me and supplied me a number to call to lodge a claim for the repair. Needless to say i have been trying fo 4 days now to call the insurance dept and nobody answers the call. This is at my cost as the number is not tollfree even from a mtn contract phone. They do not respond to emails. I even tried to call MTN head office but only get put through to a computer link that plays the same "ayoba" tune over and over with nobody assisting you i held on for at lest 40 minutes listening to this irritating tune. Is this really MTN service or is it a money making gimmick by them. My premiums is up to date with my monthly contract premium but absolutely no service at all. BAD VERY BAD!!!
