I have been trying to get hold of the MTN insurance centre, i have now been holding for 28 minutes and i think it is Totally RIDICULOUS that in this day and age we still have to spend half of our lives holding for somebody to answer a phone. This is not the 1st time i have held for so long waiting for MTN. I am going to put the phone down now and if anything happens to my phone and MTN asks why i didnt update the insurance i will refer them to this complaint!!!
