Apon waling into the MTN branch in Benmore I waited for a representative to assist. I was "greeted" by a woman wo clearly did not want to be there and made it very clear tome that I was in fact bthering her. I wanted to fid out when my contract eneded and find out some information with regards to my new phone.
I was told to use the catalogue or go onto theebsite, the catalogue did not have the top up contract information i required so I asked her. Visibilally irritated with me and bored with her job.
nce I had decided on a phone i was told that my sim is a data sim and id need one for phone calls so i would need to wait 3 days for this to be changed over and i would lose my data. Fine, no problem.
I asked for this particular phone in white nd I was told (whtout checking the stock room or system) that they didnt have. asked if she could find out which branch does have and I was informed that mployees are not allowed to contact other branches for information.
So I left, not sure whether my sim has been changed, I dont know where I can go to get the phone that I would like and am paying for...
I have been with MTN for 9 years now... so sorry to have diturbed your employees.
