Where do I start with this terrible, disgusting branch? On my first visit I was told to wait by both assistants who were chatting to friends, then when I asked to look at the catalogue and they told me they didn't have one (really?) and was told if I want to see what is in the catalogue I must use my own phone & internet and come back later, after which I was once again completely ignored. The following week I went back with a picture of what I wanted and was told they don't have it there but their other branches do - no offer to order it in for me, just told I must go there instead. I finally lost it and told her to order it from me as I refuse to now drive to another branch. She finally agreed. It has been 4 days and no response. I called the branch this morning and they have put the phone down in my ear THREE TIMES after answering. It is a pathetic branch with even more pathetic, uncaring, rude staff!!!
