ADH repair for Sumsung S4

I bought a Sumsung S4 on contract with CellC but at the time of purchase I was not provided with the necessary information I needed until my phone fell and the screen cracked, then I went to another Cell C branch to find out what can be done to fix my problem as I have this R9000 phone which I bought 3 months back but it is no longer in a good condition, then I was advised that my phone comes with a facility called ADH whereby should my phone have an incident the my screen will be faxed at no cost but I was never told about that facility at Sandton branch and when I went back to them I was told that unfortunately the person who was assisting me did not give me the relevant information and therefore they can't assist me with my broken screen and that facility needed to be activated within 30 days of purchase but I feel that it is not my fault that information was withheld from me by the shop assistant and therefore CellC Sandton branch must foot the bill for my phone to be fixed as it is my right to be given all the information required.
