WHO IS PAYING THE ACCOUNT

Approximately 5 to six years ago i took over a contract from my brother in law, went into vodashop the glen with our id's and the information was changed according to the consultant. since then every time i upgrade there is a problem. they musy first phone him to confirm if i can upgrade or query something. we went in again and did the same thing as it became annoying because they let me hold on if i call the call centre then they call him from another phone and he needs to confirm that i am the owner of the contract. last year we wwent into southdale with the same information our id's to make sure they change it information and the account is on my name. they said it is done. On monday i called the call centre to find out what do i qualify for when i upgrade again they wanted to confirm with him. i told them to leave and i am so irrirated because soon i must upgrade and i am going to have the same problem. the monthly account is deducted from my aacount, on the one part of the information is my details and on the other part is hi details. i don't know what to do as the same thing happened to my sister who signed her contract over to her son and they said it was changed??? what??
