Pathetic Communication

I am a new customer to Cell C & already I am VERY upset. I have phoned EVERY branch in Gauteng (47 branches) looking for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 particularly in white. My fianc? got through to the Cell C store in Carlswald & spoke to the one consultant Sarah. He asked her if they had stock of the Note 2 in white. He specifically told her again he is looking for white only. She went to have a look at the back and came back to the phone confirming that she had a white Note 2 in stock. My fianc? then asked AGAIN if she is sure it was white cause we had been phoning all the branches in Gauteng, and no one had stock of that colour. Sarah AGAIN confirmed it was white. So it was arranged to be kept until Sunday. I then phone her, & also asked her to make sure that it was white & explained I am travelling from far. She confirmed AGAIN that its definitely white! Sunday we arrive at the store, she goes to fetch the phone. When she returns, she says "there seems to have been a misunderstanding with her & the lady who manages the stock at the back & that the phone they kept for me is in actual fact TITANIUM GRAY!
I await your reply as to how you will solve my problem as I need a phone by Friday
