OUT OF BOX FAILURE - Worst eve

I upgraded my Vodacom contract on Monday 14/10/2013 via the online option, I am 45km away from the closest town and it's quick, easy and convenient AND it get's delivered to you. Received the laptop on the 17/10/2013. When I switched it on, it loaded for about 10 minutes and immediately gave me a blue screen. On the HP diagnostic test it'said hard drive failure. I phoned Vodacom about 15 minutes later. Every department has a different story and puts you through to another. Yet you don't reach a single person that can help and you just keep on going in circles! I even tried cancelling the contract, they cannot help me either! For them to fetch the PC will take 14 WORKING DAYS!! I mean come on now really! Meanwhile I am sitting without a pc. This whole exercise left me out of pocket! I had to phone Vodacom, Let me Repair and even ended up phoning Hewlett Packard a couple of times. Why am I being penalized for their faulty stock!? Now i am sitting without anything, and they simply shrug their shoulders! I am soooooo glad I took 1 contract away from them so far! Now just for this one and then the rest of my family! I have since instructed to stop the debit order as well!
