VODACOM ONLINE CONTRACT RE-NEWAL NIGHTMARE

On the 26th of June 2013 i did an online upgrade on my VODACOM contract, an agent from Renewals called and i accepted my new contract with Vodacom, the phone i orderd was a white Samsung Galaxy S4, as part of renewing the contract online, i was to receive the phone to my door with my micro sim, a wrong phone was delivered the next day without the sim card. I have being pushed from pillar-to-post for more than a week, Vodacom has being passing the buck to different departments. i have service numbers, names, team leaders, but nobody can sort this mess out. Vodacom has cancelled my old contract and has performed the new migration, i have being charged for it, but i still don't have my correct phone or new micro sim card. i was promised to have the problem rectified early this week, but now the week is almost over. The only thing Vodacom has done was log the fault. I called through a few minutes ago to cancel, and im being told that "that person" is not available to cancel my contract. i have being told a person is assigned to my service request and that person is the only person that can help. So much for quick and easy convenient upgrade online. Vodacom has not phoned or apologized
