Automated response to complaint no real feedback!!

I refer to my complaint dated 30-09-2013 at 11:48am. the automated reply was received from Vodacom but to date 14-10-2013 No one has bothered to contact me in any form. It seems Vodacom is such a giant corporation that little people like us do not shake them in any way, customer satisfaction has become the least of their concern as they expand and grow, forgetting it is us who choose to use their network.
