Opened a 2 gigLTE contract with Vodacom. After my 1st Invoice I notice and extra charge for R350 a month. After the 2nd month I went to the branch where they told me the charge was for a 3G laptop. I then requested my contract to see where I requested for a 3G laptop. My paperwork was no where to be found. After 3 months of struggling the manager told me that the only way to stop this is to cancel the contract. The contract has been stopped and my Lte stick returned. Now Vodacom deducted R5500 off my acc for the laptop contract that was cancelled even though I have never received any laptop. I therefore put a stop order on the deduction for the laptop and Vodacom has today switched off my cell phone due to this. I've been into Vodacom Cresta about 10 times to sort this out and have been promised by all 3 managers this would be sorted out. 6 months later and I'm still struggling. I've been a client since they have started in SA and this must be worst service I received from a service provider.
