No contract expiry communication send to clients

Virgin Mobile seems not to inform their customers that their contracts are coming to and end but only continues deducting money from their clients. Customer Service consultant informed us that their policies are different from the law. :-) They also don't have an e-mail address or fax that can be used to cancel a contract in writing.
